When our founder, Jonathan Morse, and his family needed high-quality, home-like care for their loved ones, they found few good options. Driven by that experience, Jonathan committed to offering families a better choice for assisted living.
Today, Wellspring Parker provides personalized care in a true home setting in Parker, Colorado.
Unlike larger facilities with 30 or more residents, Wellspring Parker is a real home in a beautiful neighborhood — designed to feel familiar, warm, and welcoming. Residents live among others with similar backgrounds and life experiences, supported by an experienced team with over 20 years of assisted living expertise.

Jonathan Morse
Owner
Jonathan H. Morse is an attorney who is the Founder/President of Wellspring Communities, Inc., a 501(c)3 housing non-profit corporation with the dual mission of providing housing for the low-income population and the mentally ill.
Wellspring is a charity founded 25 years ago. As a charity, Wellspring decided to transition to and embrace the great need for quality, stable care for the families and loved ones who need “assisted living” for their everyday care.
Gina Sepulveda
Manager
Gina A. Sepulveda has 22 years of experience and 19 years as CEO and President of Castle Rock Assisted Living, LLC which currently has 4 privately owned homes in Castle Rock while managing Wellspring in Parker.
She holds an Administrator License for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in the State of Colorado and overseas the day –to–day operations. Gina’s experience with the elderly began while she held an Administrator’s licensed for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in the State of California and successfully managed several assisted livings in Orange County, CA.
